1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the User") and Luck 33 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the Luck 33 website, mobile application and associated services.

By completing account registration, making a deposit, placing a bet, accessing casino games or using any feature of the Luck 33 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and accept them without reservation. If you are unwilling to be bound by any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device used to access Luck 33 — whether desktop browser, mobile browser or the Luck 33 Android app. They apply equally to sports betting activity, casino and slot game sessions, bonus participation and any interaction with the customer support team.

Luck 33 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of Luck 33 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luck 33 operates strictly as an adults-only platform. There are no exceptions to the minimum age requirement.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.

• You must not have a previously closed or suspended Luck 33 account that was closed for breach of these Terms.

If Luck 33 discovers that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria at any point — including retroactively — the account will be closed, all pending bets will be voided and any balance may be withheld pending review. Luck 33 takes underage access seriously and will take all reasonable steps to prevent it.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one Luck 33 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Luck 33 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, a valid email address, your Pakistani mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with your account remain current. Luck 33 communicates important account notifications, verification requests and security alerts via the contact information on file. If your details change, update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.

• Your username and password must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must not share account access with any other person, including family members.
• Account sharing, even without malicious intent, is a breach of these Terms.
• Luck 33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on Luck 33 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

Deposits are typically credited to your Luck 33 account within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer. If a deposit does not appear in your account balance within the expected timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts and cards that are registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from a wallet or account belonging to someone else — are not permitted.
• Luck 33 does not charge deposit fees, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposits made by error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your gaming balance and used for betting or gaming.
• Luck 33 reserves the right to reject deposits that fail verification checks or appear inconsistent with normal account activity.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Luck 33 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to ensure funds return to their verified source. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallets and Raast are the primary methods for Pakistani users.

Before a withdrawal is processed, Luck 33 may conduct standard verification checks on the account. These checks confirm that wagering requirements on any active bonus have been met, that the account identity has been verified and that there are no open disputes or fraud flags on the account. Withdrawals that pass these checks are processed in accordance with the standard processing timeframes for each method.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed in the withdrawal section of your account.
• Funds that originated from a bonus and have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Luck 33 reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Repeated withdrawal requests that are cancelled by the user before processing may trigger a review of account activity.
• Luck 33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, payment methods not registered to the account holder, or anonymous wallets.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Luck 33 are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet slip is submitted and confirmed, it cannot be edited or cancelled. It is your responsibility to review your selections carefully before confirming any bet.

Luck 33 offers betting markets across cricket (including international fixtures, T20 series and Pakistan Super League), football, esports and other sports. The availability of specific markets, live in-play options and bet types may vary depending on the event, timing and technical availability of the data feed.

• Bets placed on markets that were opened in error due to a technical issue or obvious pricing mistake may be voided by Luck 33 at its discretion.
• In the event a match is abandoned, postponed or significantly disrupted, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for that sport and market type.
• Live in-play bets are subject to a short acceptance delay to allow odds to be updated. Bets submitted during this delay may be rejected or offered at revised odds.
• Any evidence of match fixing, corruption or irregular betting patterns will result in the immediate suspension of relevant bets pending investigation.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip interface.
• PSL betting markets follow Pakistan Super League rules for abandoned matches and no-result scenarios as published by the relevant tournament authority.

7. Casino & Slot Games

The casino and slot games section of Luck 33 provides access to slot game titles, live dealer tables and instant-win games. All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology where applicable. Live casino games are streamed from professional studio environments and are subject to the rules specific to each game type.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are set by the individual game providers. Luck 33 does not modify RTP settings beyond the parameters established by the provider. The house edge exists in all casino games and means that over time, the platform retains a statistical advantage — this is standard for all casino products globally.

• Casino game results are final once the round or hand has been completed and settled.
• Technical errors that result in an incomplete game round may result in that round being voided and the stake returned.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, expiry dates and game contribution rates. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be turned over in qualifying bets or game play before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be staked ten times in eligible activity before withdrawal is permitted.

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device, IP address and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus via multiple accounts is fraud.
• Luck 33 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, amend its terms or cancel it entirely without prior notice.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your Luck 33 account credentials. This includes your email address and password, any two-factor authentication codes, your registered mobile number and any security questions set on the account. Luck 33 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact Luck 33 customer support immediately to request a temporary account freeze. Losses incurred due to account access by a third party that resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure are not the liability of Luck 33.

10. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Luck 33 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud, collusion, system abuse and any activity designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any account balance:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent betting limits.
• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or mispriced odds through systematic betting — commonly known as "arbing" against the house.
• Engaging in match fixing or placing bets based on insider information relating to match outcomes.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods to fund an account.
• Colluding with other users in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.

Luck 33 cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities in fraud investigations. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, account balances may be withheld and the matter referred accordingly. Luck 33 reserves the right to report suspicious activity as required.

11. Responsible Gaming

To the maximum extent permitted, Luck 33 shall not be liable for:

• Losses resulting from technical failures, server outages or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Indirect, consequential or financial losses arising from betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment processors, banks or mobile wallet providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from a user's reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics or market data.

Nothing in these Terms limits Luck 33's liability for fraud committed by the platform itself or any other matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, the total liability of Luck 33 to any individual user in any given calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that user during that month.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

Luck 33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity has been detected on the account.
• The account holder has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Multiple accounts linked to the same individual have been identified.
• The account is being used in a way that poses a risk to the platform, other users or third-party payment providers.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of voluntary closure (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the standard withdrawal process subject to identity verification.

In cases of account closure due to confirmed fraud or Terms violation, Luck 33 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. This includes balances that contain both real-money and bonus-derived funds.

14. Changes to These Terms
